McDermott Aviation specialises in various helicopter operations including fire fighting, lifting and construction, aerial agricultural application, mosquito and fire ant control, survey, and charter including airport shuttles between Brisbane, Maroochydore and anywhere else on the Sunshine Coast. Our sister company 'Machjet International' offers air freight express using its Beechcraft 200 Super King Air, fitted with a cargo door enabling bulky items to be packed with ease.
With a fleet of 15 helicopters our high standard of meeting customer requirements is achievable and has allowed us to maintain long and productive relationships with a large number of government agencies including:

- We currently conduct mosquito control for Gold Coast, Brisbane City, Redland Bay, Pine Rivers, Redcliffe, Caboolture, Caloundra, Maroohydore, Noosa, Hervey Bay Councils and The Sydney Olympics Committee.

McDermott Aviation has also risen to new challenges in the overseas market with aerial fire fighting operations in New Caledonia, Spain, Portugal and Canada, as well as aerial lifting in Papua New Guinea and Canada.
